Stargazing Adventures at Hirundo

11/5/2025

At Hotel Ursa, we’ve always looked to the stars. Named for the constellations Ursa Major and Ursa Minor, we draw inspiration from the North Star, our celestial compass and a symbol of curiosity, direction, and wonder.

Now, we invite you to follow that same light.

What is Noctourism?

As travelers seek deeper, more meaningful experiences, noctourism, night-based exploration, has emerged as one of 2025’s most inspiring trends. And Central Maine offers a front-row seat to the cosmos. With little light pollution and wide, wild skies, it’s the perfect place to look up, breathe deep, and feel small in the best way.

From “star bathing” in peaceful stillness to guided constellation tours, Hotel Ursa was made for wanderers who stay curious long after sunset.
